The same innovative, aggressive marketing, and promotion budget we used in Philadelphia to generate the Philadelphia Pen Show’s largest croud in history, will be used to promote the Miami Pen Show.

• Table costs as low as $80 with a 20 percent savings for all tables paid for prior to May 1st;

• Reduced full time parking from $26 per day to $10 per day; and

• The best room rates in the Pen Circuit at only at $79 per night.  All applicable discounts have been applied to this rate for maximum savings to you. 

Of course, to ensure that the maximum amount of people will come, we will entice them with free pen giveaways, grand prize drawings on Saturday, calligraphy classes, and pen seminars.  These vehicles have proven themselves to provide the greatest attendance at the door.

Here is how we spent our promotional dollars on the Philadelphia Pen Show. We will do something equivalent to this for the Miami Pen Show.

* Specific approach to Pen World and Stykus for new pen, if time is appropriate $300

* Publicity effort with chat rooms and pen specific forums such as Zoss Pens and Fountain Pen Network $400
